Welcome to Jo's Bake Shop!  Jo has been baking homemade quality foods since high school.  Our baked goods and jams are made from scratch...yes, we use our own homemade vanilla bean extract, vanilla bean paste, and vanilla bean sugar.  To complement our extracts and sugars, we use the highest quality food ingredients such as Kerrygold butter, King Arthur flours, and high quality dairy products.  Each product is made with passion for producing high quality foods...and smiles for people of all ages who love to eat delicious treats!
